Amalfi Waxed Pine 6 + 2 Drawer Large Chest

This beautiful Amalfi pine effect waxed chest of drawers includes 2 large & 6 small Drawers, its designed to capture the essence of traditional country waxed furniture. Drawers are dovetail jointed for strength, whilst all drawer bases and backs utilise plywood for stability & durabillity. It's also hand finished with an antique wax which enhances the natural beauty of the wood. 

Carcase – 16mm solid Pine with 3.8mm pine faced plywood back.
                  Tops are made from 16mm solid pine.
Assembly fittings – dome head screws, wood dowels, plastic backboard joining strip & panel pins
Drawers – 16mm solid pine fronts with 16mm moulding & dovetail joints, 14mm solid pine sides and backs with 3.8mm pine
                  faced plywood drawer bases.
Drawer runners – solid pine, supplied loose.
Assembly fittings – dome head screws & wood glue.

Coated in a spirit based antique stain with a finishing coat of tinted wax effect lacquer.
Amalfi is fine sanded to give a superior finish when compared to most Mexican styled ranges.
Internal drawer components are unfinished.
